Thank you for choosing PhotoSelector. We strive to provide the best possible experience for photographers. However, due to the digital nature of our products and services, our refund policy is as follows.
No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Because PhotoSelector provides immediate access to digital tools, software features, and server resources (including storage, AI processing, and messaging services), we do not offer refunds for:
- Monthly or annual subscriptions (Studio Pro)
- Credit packs and add-on bundles
- One-time purchases (project unlocks, face scans, etc.)
- Any other purchases made through our platform
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Our service provides instant access to:
- Cloud Storage: Your photos are immediately stored on our secure servers
- AI Processing: Face recognition and other AI features begin processing immediately
- Messaging Credits: WhatsApp and client invite credits are consumable resources
- White-Label Features: Custom domains and branding are configured upon subscription
Once you have access to these features, the resources have been allocated and consumed, making refunds impractical.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Studio Settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
- Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends, after which it may be deleted.
One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases like credit packs or project unlocks, cancellation does not apply as these are instant, non-recurring transactions.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to providing excellent support. If you experience any of the following, please reach out to us:
- Technical issues preventing you from using paid features
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service disruptions affecting your workflow
